Remote Access to County Records

After June 10, 2011, due to budget cuts and reduction in staff, Power County, Idaho will no longer process record requests via the telephone. Any record requests will need to be in writing (email or regular mail). The County has three (3) days to process the request. If we are unable to process the request within three (3) days you will be notified in writing. At this time Idaho Code requires completion of the request within ten (10) days.

To accommodate this procedure change we have made public access terminals available in the Clerk’s Office and Treasurer’s Office between the hours of 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We also have remote terminal access available to users who wish to have access to:
              1. Recording information, by name and or instrument;
              2. Tax data from Parcel Master; and/or,
              3. Other information as approved by Power County.

This information would be available during normal business hours at your convenience. Please click here to access the Memorandum Agreement regarding remote access of Power County public records.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Power County Clerk’s Office at (208) 226-7611 during normal business hours.
